New Kettlebell class!!!

We are proud to announce that we will be teaching kettlebell class at 9:00 am Saturday mornings, starting May 7th. These classes will be directed towards educating team members on proper technique and form for kettlebell sport lifting. This is a great opportunity to improve your overall fitness, stamina and strength endurance. We will teach basic movements, safety and proper form for all lifts included in the World Kettlebell Club ranking system. Come join us for an opportunity for a great workout and a great learning experience.

New Schedule

These are the most recent changes to our schedule. Click on the picture to get a better look. Really the only changes are Monday and Wednesday nights. BJJ at 6 pm, Kickboxing LVL 1 and LVL 2 at 7 pm and MMA team training at 8 pm. Bring your gi’s to Jiu jitsu because you never know. Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 kickboxing classes are designed to give our students more variety of training. Lvl 1 classes will always be basics and simple yet hard core workouts. Lvl 2 classes will be more partner and sparring type drills to increase the timing, vision and fortitude of each student. MMA team training consists of our current fighters and up & comers all training together in preparation for the sport of MMA. If you have any questions feel free to stop by and let us know.
